HIV Testing Activity

This tool allows the marketer to identify accounts based on their HIV testing activity as well as their Rx writing activity. The selection of accounts can be based on either the profile of the accounts or on their geographic locations. The account selection can be conveniently emailed.

This tool provides a profile of the posting in the left window along several dimensions. It also indicates if the posting is favorable or unfavorable along each of those dimensions. The user can also run an analysis of text typed in on the fly.

Hospital Segmentation

This tool allows the marketer to segment and target hospitals based on hospital demographics, ICD-9 cases, DDD sales volume, share, and potential. The tool also displays the neighborhood of the hospital that corresponds to the therapeutic area of interest (PPI, Statin, Diabetes, etc.).

About Visuallytics

Visuallytics (Visual + Analytics) is a new approach that allows us to conduct analyses in a visual and engaging manner. It exposes the steps involved in deriving results, steps that are normally hidden from the user. In a test-control analysis meant to establish the impact of, say, a lower price of the drug on hospital sales, control hospitals – similar along all relevant characteristics except for the lower price of the drug – are highlighted (blinking on map). At this point, the user can peruse the hospitals, modify similarity criteria, and refresh the analysis.
